VitalMe App · Build It With Us

Mental health support is in short supply. Help us change that.

Waitlists run years long. Therapists are burning out. Most people who need help can't reach the kind of evidence-based, neuroscience-grounded support that actually works. VitalMe is being built to close that gap — a daily practice grounded in EMDR, IFS, Polyvagal, somatic therapy, and CBT, designed to fit before your morning coffee.

We're not asking you to wait for a product launch. We're inviting you to help shape what gets launched — whether you've struggled, supported someone who has, treat people who do, or study the science behind it. Every voice matters.

Why we need you

Every Voice Matters.

Mental health care is one of the hardest problems in healthcare — and those closest to it are the ones who know what would actually help. We're inviting all of you. The professionals doing the work. The scientists who study it. And the people on the receiving end, whose lived experience is the truest test of whether what we build is really helps.

— LIVED EXPERIENCE

People who've needed support

If you've ever tried to get mental health care — and waited too long, paid too much, or felt unseen — your story is part of the design brief. Tell us what failed, what worked, and what you wish had existed.

— CLINICIANS

Professionals who provide it

Therapists, counselors, social workers, and prescribers see the bottlenecks every day. We want your clinical wisdom shaping what makes it into the app — and your honest read on what we should leave out.

— SCIENTISTS

Researchers who study it

Neuroscientists, clinical psychologists, public health researchers — the evidence base is your territory. Help us hold the line between what's proven, what's promising, and what's still hype.

What VitalMe is

The wellness app your therapist recommends.

VitalMe is a daily practice — Morning, Mid-day, and Evening — built on the same clinical methods used in therapy: EMDR, AF-EMDR, IFS, Polyvagal-informed work, somatic therapy, and memory reconsolidation. It's the kind of structured between-session work clinicians have been writing on Post-its for decades, finally in one app — and being shaped, right now, by the people who'll use it.

01

Clinically grounded

Designed by Sara Hamilton, LMFT, and Dr. Phillip Alvelda. Every exercise traces back to an evidence-based modality — not vibes-based wellness. Sources cited inline.

02

A daily ritual

Three short cycles — Morning, Mid-day, Evening — under ten minutes each. Imagery, resourcing, somatic check-ins, and brief reflective practice. The kind of consistency that compounds.

03

Optionally clinician-paired

If you're working with a therapist, VitalMe can share your between-session practice notes with them on your terms. If you're not, it works just as well as a standalone daily practice.

Why we're going slow — and asking your help.

VitalMe sits at the intersection of mental health and consumer software. We don't get to ship-and-iterate the way a typical app does — getting this right matters more than getting it fast. The cost of getting it wrong is real, and the people most likely to be hurt are the ones we're trying to help.

That's why early access is participatory, not transactional. Each wave gives us a chance to listen to what you actually need, fold it back into the design, and only then open the next door. It's not artificial scarcity — it's how we make sure your feedback can shape what comes next instead of arriving too late to matter.

You'll get an honest message when your wave is up. Between now and then: a few short check-ins, no marketing, no nudges, no surprise newsletters.

Join the early circle

Tell us who you are. Your voice will shape what we build.

Welcome.

We'll be in touch — and your perspective will shape what comes next. Thank you for being part of this.

Already on the list? No need to submit again — we'll be in touch. Adding a fresh email is harmless either way; it dedupes server-side.
