This service coordinates the joint standardization strategy for STI International research efforts and the development of reference architectures for semantic technologies. The aim is to strengthen the impact of STI research by fostering the admission by acknowledge standardization bodies, and to support the software development in associated research projects by providing open and generic reference architectures for semantic technologies.

In particular, the service provides:

• A joint strategy for technology standardization by STI members
• Management of STI Working Groups
• Collection of reference architectures and related standardization efforts
