Ontonym

Ontonym GmbH was founded in Spring 2008 as spin-off from the Freie Universität Berlin. Onytonym developes and markets semantic web applications. Ontonyms focus lies on the development and maintenance of domain specific background knowledge describing the language utterance of users, currently for german speaking countries. This background knowledge is avaliable for customers through semantic services, like semantic search and comparison, for internet portals or intranet applications, like knowledge management. Currently background knowledge is available in the form of ontologies for recruitment, skill and competence management, IT and news.
