The President Prof. Dr John Domingue chairs the meeting.

1. Agenda got approved with 6 votes, Quota is fulfilled by 6 present member and partner representatives where all of them have paid their member‐/partnership fees for 2018. Further he notes that the invitation was send properly to all members and partners at May 18, 2018. Therefore, the General Assembly has a quorum.
   
2. Approval of the balance and audit 2017 with 6 votes.
   Discharge of the executive board for 2017 with 3 votes and 3 abstained. The abstained votes were from Prof. Dr. John Domingue – Open University, UK; Univ.‐Prof. Dr. Dieter Fensel – Innsbruck University, Austria; and Dr. Maria Maleshkova, University of Bonn, Germany.
   
3. Resignation of the current executive board.
   
4. Election of the new Executive Board

   • Prof. Dr. Rudi Studer takes over as a chair of the meeting.
   • Election of the new President: Prof. Dr. John Domingue was proposed by Prof. Dr. Rudi Studer, the term will be 5 years (i.e., up to 2024) – 5 votes & 1 abstained
   • Election of the new board. Proposal by Prof. Dr. John Domingue is as follows, the term will be 6 years (i.e., up to 2024), this needs to be voted on by the general assembly:
     • Treasurer: Univ.‐Prof. Dr. Dieter Fensel
     • Secretary: Prof. Dr. Elena Simperl
     • Vice President: Prof. Dr. York Sure
     • Vice President: Dr. Maria Maleshkova
     • Vice President: Marko Grobelnik
   • 4 votes & 2 abstained
